In her individual consultations, which are 60 or 90 minutes, she helps you
enter a state of profound relaxation, in which energy flow through the
chakras is assessed and enabled, unconscious issues resulting from
trauma and other experience are identified and untangled, and connections
between your inner soul and the universal spiritual world are explored and
made available to your healing process.

In her writing workshop groups, which are two hours, she provides guidance
to support expression from your various voices and connection with other
group members on a similar path.
Appointments are 60 ($80) minutes or 90 ($110) minutes and are not insurance-covered.
