Rachel Lucke, MS, CNS, LDN

Rachel obtained her M.S. in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health and completed her clinical internship at the Natural Care Center in Laurel, MD. Rachel is a licensed dietician-nutritionist in the State of Maryland and a nationally Certified Nutrition Specialist. She serves on the faculty at Maryland University of Integrative Health supervising student interns in clinical practice. Rachel provides Medical Nutrition Therapy; individualized nutrition assessment, monitoring, and counseling; and workshops for groups. She has enjoyed studying and serving in the field of natural health for nearly 20 years.

 

Her personal statement is as follows:

 

I offer an individualized, evidence-based approach to sustainable healthy eating and lifestyle practices within the context of a therapeutic partnership. I will strive to understand your lifestyle, habits, biochemistry, symptoms, and energetics to determine what you should eat, how you should eat, and what I can do to help you realize those goals. I aim to target the underlying causes of disease and suboptimal health with wellness-based and systems-oriented methods that prioritize holistic-minded interventions and complementary healing modalities. I will support you in connecting to food intuitively, mindfully, and joyfully!
