Fatigue and achiness/pain are two of the most common issues that people whom we see suffer from. Each can derive from a multiplicity of contributing factors – inadequate dietary nutrients or absorption, hormone imbalance or decline, stress, insomnia, physical deconditioning or misalignment, etc. – and it is important to assess for and take a multi-pronged treatment approach to them. Sometimes, however, addressing these factors does not result in full response, and we suspect, and diagnostic testing may suggest or confirm, that there is a chronic infectious, toxicity, or other inflammatory cause. Lyme and its coinfections, other infection, and mold or other toxicity may often be responsible.
Illness such as this can be difficult to unravel and treat, and requires deep experience that is often lacking in conventional practice. We have multiple diagnostics that we can use, provided by conventional, specialty, and other testing, and we also have a variety of treatment options – varying regimens of prescription and herbal antimicrobials, detoxifications and immune support, IV oxidative (ozone/ultraviolet, Vitamin C), energetic (NAD), and detoxification (glutathione and phosphatidylcholine) treatments.
