Personal Statement
I am guided by a deep belief in the body’s innate capacity to heal and am passionate about empowering individuals to become active participants in their health journeys. As a nurse, I’ve had the privilege of developing close relationships with patients and their families. These connections have deepened my understanding of how illness impacts the whole person—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well. My approach is shaped not only by my clinical experiences, but by my own family’s experience navigating chronic autoimmune illness. I’ve seen firsthand how blending conventional and holistic therapies can lead to profound healing. I believe in meeting people where they are—with compassion, curiosity, and a commitment to lifelong wellness.
