What we eat and the environment that we create for the microorganism in our gut has a profound impact on our health and healing. Factors such as food intolerance, intestinal hyperpermeability (“leaky gut”), dysbiosis (disruption of intestinal microflora), are increasingly understood to have an impact of our metabolism, mood and cognition, inflammation, and ability to detoxify. Our dietitian has experience in supporting dietary changes that are implementable and sustainable. Appointments are 1 hour for new patients and 30 or 60 minutes for follow up.
