Fatigue represents a failure to acquire and/or produce the energy that is necessary to sustain our capacity for activity. Multiple underlying systems can contribute to fatigue: inflammation (infection, disruption of healthy microbes, obesity), toxic, absorptive, nutrient deficiencies, energetic imbalance, psycho/spiritual patterning. Fibromyalgia includes fatigue, often with sleep disruption, and generalized body pain.
As practitioners, our role in support of healing is to identify the systems that are contributing to fatigue, remove contributing influences, restore necessary nutrients and microbial balance, and support healthy energetic patterns.
