New Patient


Call us at 410-648-2555 or email us at to schedule an appointment.  Prior to your appointment, please sign up for our portal and use it to provide information for your first visit regarding your medications and supplements.



Once you have scheduled your first appointment, you will receive an invitation to our patient portal to the email address that you provided to us.  The invitation will be sent from OpenMedNet for Integrative Health Practices.   OpenMedNet will provide you with a user name (usually your first initial and last name, lower case) and a link to set your password.  You can access the portal through the link in the email, by clicking on the url:


Medications and Supplement List

In the portal, you will see the menu option “Dashboard”.  In the dashboard, please list any medications and/or supplements you are currently taking.  This is an important step in helping your physician during your initial appointment. In the portal:

Press “Dashboard”

Press the blue “+” sign

Please enter the information regarding your medication/supplement

Press “Save”

Press the blue “+” sign to enter another medication/supplement


Patient/Physician Communication 

In the portal you may also communicate directly with Dr. Richter, Dr. Rollow, or our PA, Tammy Jett-Palmer.  Please use the portal to request prescription refills and communicate securely by following these directions:


Select “Chat with the Practice

Press the blue “+” sign in the upper right corner to start a conversation thread

Under “Title” type in a subject for your message

Go down to the text box that says “type in your message here” and type in your message

Go to the drop down menu: “your post will be sent to” and select Dr. Richter, Dr. Rollow, or Tammy Jett-Palmer.

Press Send

Concierge Fee

Effective November 1, please be prepared to pay your concierge fee at the time of your appointment if you have not already done so.

  • annual fee of $400 ($350.00 if you are a family member of a patient who has paid the full annual fee)
  • semi-annual fee of $250.00 ($200.00 if you are a family member of a patient who has paid the semi-annual fee)

Your Appointment

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.  Please bring your insurance card and your driver’s license/ID.  We will send you an email reminder, 72 hours before your appointment time.  This email will ask you to confirm your appointment.  Please press confirm or you might risk losing your appointment.  If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours’ notice to avoid the cancellation fee of $100.00.

Our office is at 9501 Old Annapolis Road Suite 205, Ellicott, MD 21042. Please park in the upper parking lot.  If you enter through the main entrance, our office is down the first hallway on the right.
